Puffin Drinkwear is a purpose-led company delivering fun, hip and creative outerwear for your favorite beverage. Like most CPG companies, margins are tight and teams do a lot with minimal resources. Puffin engaged PIE to look at high credit-card payment expenses in its Microsoft Dynamics ERP and its Microsoft 365 spend.
In summer 2023 PIE reduced the payments cost while enhancing access to top-tier Microsoft Dynamics support. In Q4 2023, PIE became the CSP of Puffin’s Microsoft 365 environment in under an hour. Together, the two services created an estimated annual donation of $2,368 and savings of $12,858.
