Jamie Bianchini, Co-Founder & CEO

Jamie is a serial social entrepreneur passionate about blending business & impact. He co-created the 81-country tandem bike odyssey Peace Pedalers and launched 11 grassroots impact projects on the journey. It was recurring technology services that served as a major funding source for Peace Pedalers. He went on to found LuDela, a purpose-led candle-tech venture that donated a book for every candle sold. LuDela helped bring books to four libraries in underserved communities before being acquired. Jamie and Cristina have worked side by side on two successful ventures, and are determined to make PIE a force for good for decades to come.

Cristina Morales, Community Impact Director

Cristina met Jamie in Argentina in 2009 during the Peace Pedalers expedition. Jamie and Cristina fell in love on the journey and went on to create and support multiple grassroots charity projects around the world. Since arriving in the USA from Spain, she has been an integral leader in two successful ventures with Jamie. Cristina is a respected female Hispanic leader in the Central Oregon community with a proven ability to execute on big visions that elevate communities near and far.

Technology Team

Daaniël van Siereveld, CTO

Daaniël is an accomplished technology executive with over 20 years of experience advancing from individual contributor to global leadership roles. He is known for building high-performing teams across enterprise, banking, and fintech environments—particularly within highly regulated industries where precision, compliance, and trust are paramount.

His expertise spans infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, cloud frameworks (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), and DevSecOps, coupled with extensive experience leading global operations and complex integrations. As an IT leader at a PIE member organization, Daaniël helped liberate $33,000 in donations before joining PIE as the CTO.

Adept at aligning technology with business strategy, he has successfully managed $100 million IT budgets, delivered digital transformations, and scaled international teams.

Garrett & Steve, Security Advisors


Garrett Miller and Steve Sharer have a combined 20 years of cyber security experience. Thier skills have been refined, and refined again, by protecting large government agencies and corporations across a dozen industries including aviation, defense, tech, automotive, manufacturing, media, and financial.

The team has top-tier security certifications, and deep experience with uncovering and addressing security vulnerabilities, and have demonstrated an ability to detect both known and unknown vulnerabilities with numerous CVEs to their credit.

They share our vision to support primarily purpose-driven businesses that have strong environmental, social, and governance goals.

Casey Haynes, Fractional CFO & Advisor

Casey and Jamie met in Bend at the exact moment when Casey was actively looking to dedicate his deep experience, wisdom, and resources to making a positive difference in the world. The rest is history.

Casey serves as PIE’s fractional CFO and trusted strategic financial advisor, as he does for numerous other growing businesses. With a strong foundation in professional accounting and an MBA, Casey has built a career helping companies scale through thoughtful financial planning, operational efficiency, and clear strategic guidance.

Casey’s leadership blends deep technical expertise with a passion for process improvement, best-in-class technology, and sustainable growth strategies.

Based in Bend, Oregon, Casey is committed to purpose-driven financial leadership that helps PIE translate data into decisions, building PIE into a resilient, scalable nonprofit funding movement that will change the world.

Ben Sampson, Finance & Business Advisor

Ben is the co-founder and CEO of WeHero, a company focused on building innovative solutions that empower organizations and individuals around the world to maximize social impact. Ben is a serial entrepreneur, startup advisor, and product management expert. Over the past four years, he has worked with hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies on their CSR strategies with a specific focus on how to maximize employee engagement through high-impact, scalable, volunteer programming. Ben speaks frequently on industry webinars, podcasts, and conferences about the future of corporate volunteerism, how to scale high-impact experiences and the success stories of companies reaching a new level of social impact. Ben is a graduate of the Sustainable Business Strategy program at Harvard Business School and continues to write about new and interesting ways companies can maximize social change.
