Jamie Bianchini, Co-Founder & CEO
Jamie is a serial social entrepreneur passionate about blending business & impact. He co-created the 81-country tandem bike odyssey Peace Pedalers and launched 11 grassroots impact projects on the journey. It was recurring technology services that served as a major funding source for Peace Pedalers. He went on to found LuDela, a purpose-led candle-tech venture that donated a book for every candle sold. LuDela helped bring books to four libraries in underserved communities before being acquired. Jamie and Cristina have worked side by side on two successful ventures, and are determined to make PIE a force for good for decades to come.
Cristina Morales, Chief Impact Officer
Cristina met Jamie in Argentina in 2009 during the Peace Pedalers expedition. Jamie and Cristina fell in love on the journey went on to create and support multiple grassroots charity projects around the world. Since landing in the USA from Spain she was an integral leader at two successful ventures with Jamie. Cristina is a respected female hispanic leader in the Central Oregon community with a proven ability to execute on big visions.
Debbie Wallace, CPA, MBA
Controller
Debbie is a veteran CPA and MBA with over 35 years of experience in a variety of industries, most recently focused on life science and tech companies. She’s a specialist working with startups to establish their finance function to create strong accounting processes and she’s excited to bring her expertise, experience, and passion to help PIE build a solid financial foundation to scale the movement worldwide.

Julie brings over 20 years of expertise in client services, driven by a passion for building meaningful, purpose-driven connections. With a strong background in customer relations, project management, and strategic initiatives, she excels at aligning business goals with sustainable practices that foster long-term growth and impact. Julie is committed to understanding client needs, creating transformative experiences, and helping organizations elevate their service standards while advancing environmental and social responsibility.

Ryan Comingdeer, Interim CTO
Ryan is a seasoned CTO, entrepreneur, technical advisor, engineering manager, solutions architect and software developer with over 25 years of experience solving complex challenges for companies of all sizes and types. He has gained deep business and technical expertise leading successful customer engagements, delivering Well-Architected solutions and defining and executing cloud transformation strategies. Ryan leverages his technical depth and business acumen to help PIE members to uncover opportunities and risks. Ryan’s vision is to help accelerate the realization of the PIE movement worldwide to liberate availalbe captial to help solve our most challenging social and environmental issues.
Vojta Borovian, IT Advisor
A driven strategist and executor of enterprise IT projects and programs with leadership skills to deliver outstanding results. Vojta strives to realize business value in an innovative, fast, and accurate way. Vojta helps people use technology to deliver vision, strategy, and design into production with high focus on quality change management in the respective environment.
Vojta brings a plurality of skills in service delivery, technology expertise, and change management skills resulting in business value and outstanding client experience. He is always looking for new challenges and ideas to make a difference for individuals, organizations, and to human kind.
Vojta has been a believer in the PIE vision since day one. He has volunteered his time as a trusted technology advisor to ensure current and prospective PIE members exceed their expectations and become evangelists of the PIE movement.
Garrett & Steve, Security Advisors
Garrett Miller and Steve Sharer have a combined 20 years of cyber security experience. Thier skills have been refined, and refined again, by protecting large government agencies and corporations across a dozen industries including aviation, defense, tech, automotive, manufacturing, media, and financial.
The team has top-tier security certifications, and deep experience with uncovering and addressing security vulnerabilities, and have demonstrated an ability to detect both known and unknown vulnerabilities with numerous CVEs to their credit.
They share our vision to support primarily purpose-driven businesses that have strong environmental, social, and governance goals.

Ben Sampson, Finance & Business Advisor
Ben is the co-founder and CEO of WeHero, a company focused on building innovative solutions that empower organizations and individuals around the world to maximize social impact. Ben is a serial entrepreneur, startup advisor, and product management expert. Over the past four years, he has worked with hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies on their CSR strategies with a specific focus on how to maximize employee engagement through high-impact, scalable, volunteer programming. Ben speaks frequently on industry webinars, podcasts, and conferences about the future of corporate volunteerism, how to scale high-impact experiences and the success stories of companies reaching a new level of social impact. Ben is a graduate of the Sustainable Business Strategy program at Harvard Business School and continues to write about new and interesting ways companies can maximize social change.
Scott Woods, Technology Platform & Business Advisor
Scott is a proven social entrepreneur who leads with passion. He is a genuinely caring person and has been a leader in the purpose-led business movement for two decades. Scott is very attuned to all aspects of building a technology company that stands the test of time. He is striving to constantly improve the culture and quality of the projects he produce. Scott will be advising the PIE leadership team to build scaleable systems, procedures, culture, and brand to realize the full potential of the PIE movement for our members and our global community.
Preston Callicott, Strategic Advisor
Preston is a 40-year veteran in the technology space and is passionate about the indususty’s potential to become a force for good. He’s started and exited multiple ventures, and currently devotes his time helping purpose-led startup founders to realize their visions in clean tech and social venures like PIE.
