For all employees who take payments from customers, 15 Minutes:

1. Online Employee Training Course (15 Minutes): All customer-facing employees taking payments should watch the 8-minute video and take the short knowledge test:

2.   iPOSPays Portal & Virtual Terminal Training:
For sending payment links and viewing transactions/batches/reports online

1.      Request Login: Request login access from your manager or admin.  PIE can help too.

a.      Set up your password and login within 24 hours

M-Reports online access offers a deeper dive into your processing bank than iPOSpays portal, allowing finance and accounting to access reports for advanced procedures & reconciliation
